Looking Back: April 2014

Hey there! How was your April? All I can say is WOW.  I don’t know where to begin, but it was so fun and eventful! Not sure about you, but I’m getting a little spent on reviewing my resolutions every month (you can check them out here though, if you haven’t become acquainted). I am getting better and worse, depending on the goal.  How about you? How’s your 2014 going so far?

I am most excited for Goal #5 right now: make a studio out of the guest bedroom.  There has recently been some major progress, people! I will hopefully have a few pictures to prove it soon.  Otherwise, I need to work on visiting my grandparents more regularly and get on my plans for Europe next year.  Those are my focus for May, along with continuing the progress on said studio.  Please let me know if you miss my monthly play-by-play.  I’m guessing you won’t though. HA!

Here are the posts from April, just in case you didn’t catch all of them! We did a hair salon party, I showed off the awesome garden I’ve got started this year (seriously, the best one yet!), I let you in on the last 15 years of my relationship with that husband guy, and I pointed out that you should be following me on pinterest, Instagram and Facebook.  And of course, I kept up with our wandering eye wednesday posts, because they are totally my new favorites.  It was sort of a quiet month, but don’t get all disappointed, I’ve got some tricks up my sleeve! Especially with this blog class I’m taking with decor8.  Here are some links in case you need to get caught up:
