Asian Quinoa Salad Ingredients

Ahhh… cooking.  I love it and loathe it at the same time.  I’m really a cereal-for-dinner kind of girl, but I enjoy coming up with my own spin on recipes when I do put the Kashi box down. Being a vegetarian gets easier and easier as more people start to join in on the fun.  Meatless meals are becoming more common now, even if it’s just one day a week.  Since my husband Joe is of the carnivorous variety, I still cook meat for him, but it’s getting to be less and less.  Technically, I’m a pescatarian, since I eat fish as well as eggs and dairy.  Some of my favorite dishes are of the seafood sort.  Here are a couple of fishy recipes I’ve shared so far: grilled salmon packet and brown sugar salmon.
